    Well, that depends. Sitting on a park bench, no. Sitting in the entrance to the White House, yes.

    yes you can be arrested

    or they could leave you there or not respond promptly

    and then the coroner can scrape you off the pavement after the truck Squashes you

    Yes if you do it at the wrong place. It's called civil disobedience. Also if you do it after trespassing
