Inferiorty complex and social phobia?

I feel less than people for everything I do.. I'm getting extrmemely paranoid about others opinion about me, it has become a very sensitive issue. I don't feel embarrasment, I feel shame. Ashmed and it would bother me for a long time. I could imagine me doing stupid shiit and I'd get extremely.ashamed about it (though it didn't happen to me ,- ever) I cant even afford seeing a doctor or a therapist and due to my social phobia I barely have anyone to talk to. It's really killing me.
