How can I avoid returned emails ?
As a health food merchant , I'm trying to promote my products by sending promotional emails to potential customers on my address book , I have encountered that maybe 80 % of the emails have returned to me,Is there a better way to send emails without being returned ? How can I better get promotions to my customers?

Emails get returned to you because they are no longer active. You need to update your address book. You may want to ask your exsisting customers at checkout if they would like to receive email notices when items go on sale, or when new items are introduced. If they do, they can complete a slip available at the register. If you have good products and have great customer service, word of mouth does wonders for a business. You might also consider active advertising rather than passive advertising. If you have a lot of foot traffic in your area try passing out small samples to pedestrians with a small store logo tag attached. Too keep costs down do it only during peak hours of activity.
