    There's no reason to cancel the PPACA.

    BO cannot cancel obamacare. Unless it is found unconstitutional, the law must be dealt with by the House of Representatives and the Senate, then signed or vetoed by the President. As long as BO is in office, obamacare will be the law of the land.
