If you win the lottery how do you find good advice?
If you win the lottery I think you have three major concerns: financial, legal, and security. How do you find good people to advise you and avoid getting scammed, kidnapped or something else bad?

First of all NEVER go public with lottery winnings. You can remain anonymous. I have no idea why people go public and post their pictures and names all over the news - they are just putting themselves up as targets for scammers and kidnappers. I would also never tell anyone but my immediate family and tell them not to tell anyone
Second, you talk to YOUR bank - ask for a financial advisor or wealth management expert. Or you look for another large bank with a Private Banking division. They will help you with the tax implications and suggest the best type of accounts to hold the money so you have the best tax benefits
Third, you get a good lawyer to help you draw up a will. You should have a will anyway but if you win the lottery then get a will stating exactly who gets how much money. You might be young and healthy but that doesn't mean it's not possible for you to be killed being hit by a car outside your home.

Why in on gods earth with anyone with half of a brain need a financial advisor :(...wrong answer! Put the money in bank live off interest, set your kids and family up for life. There are different methods and rules for money and investments but a simple lawyer is advised. I do agree though you might want to hide you and your family out, or change identities for your safety...if you can get away with it do not let them publicize your winnings...you have that right.

Well you can ask people who pay you to stay an anonimus winer. Dont go around screaming look at me im ritch. Dont spend big amoun of money in short time. People will notice if you biy 200$ tv one day and the other day 400$ sofa. Now im not saying dont buy anything but people will suspect something si strange if you buy stuff that you couldnt aford even if you saved money for few years. And moast important keep money in bank. Dont tell anyone about ti except your clousest family. And expecialy dont tell anyting to kids.

you would be offered legal aid if needed
but its better if you have your own
that's why many do not come forward until they have that set up
you would need a financial advisor
a couple of lawyers
as for anything bad you basically would have t go into hiding for a while with your famiy

Well hopefully you would already have a financial advisor or lawyer that you trust well enough.
If not, just, well, dump your money in the bank and live off interest.
