How difficult is it to replace a 2006 Chevy HHR Transmission Control Module?

    It's not hard to replace, but, It will need to be "Flash Programmed" using a OEM scan tool (Tech 2) before if will begin to function on your vehicle

    If I were you I would type this question in to youtube videos ,just ask to show you a how to video o how to replace 2006 Chevy HHR Transmission Control Module? They will show you a step by step video which will be very helpful. I have used this a ton of times and it is awesome. Hope this helps ya out.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Above is correct, but we stopped using flash programming with the Tech 2 long ago. Now we use a laptop connected to GM's website & pretty much program modules directly now. But it will have to be programmed.
