NOT insomnia. NOT sleep paralysis. Then why can't I sleep?

Ok let's try this again. About less than two months ago I was at my dads house spending the night like the thousands of other times that I have done. Then at like 5:30 a.m. (witch is really early for anyone to wake around in that house) I woke up. No scratch that. I was forced awake by this very weird feeling. It was like a fuzzy-static pain that almost seamed unreal coursing through my brain. That feeling at the back of my head was freaking out telling me to yell for help. Also my breathing was slower than usual witch surprised me sense my heart beat seamed to drum along to my mental 'freak out'. Next I sat up and the whole feeling went away, except then I started twitching, so then I took deeper breaths and that seemed to be the end of it after a moment. After sure everything was fine I lied back down. THEN seconds later that fuzzy pain came back. The closer I was to getting to sleep the worse it got. So toughening it out and sleeping through it was out of the question. So after sitting back up 10 freaking times I gave up around 7 a.m. and went downstairs worth didn't help sense when I wasnt half phase-sleeping I was twitching instead. It was a horrible morning. Then around 10 a.m. I felt like myself again. So THEN. This reoccured for 2 more days. Though the nexttwo were happening around 1-3 a.m. then it started occurring week after week once or twice every week. But don't think that them decreasing is a good sign because I avoided them for a whole week until last night... It got worse last night. I woke up thinking my name was Christina and I kept asking "where's Anthony where's Anthony??" Then I started really freaking out when I didn't recognize my own room... For a good twenty minutes I was searching the house for this Anthony(quietly though because I remembered that I was in my own house but that still didn't stop my mind from driving me to look for this Anthony) what's going on!??? This is horrible.... Help

It depends. Do you want spot answer.

Or do you want me to consider it threadbare from other angles. Actually I want to examine it in depth, analyze the pros and cons or repercussions and consequences and also examine its implications from mental health point of view. for this purpose, I may have to go to my mentor and also a professionally qualified doctor. I will seek full clarification. In the meantime, please spare me some more time to answer.

Spot answer is it may be due to fate or due to some serious bad habits e.g. bad eating habits like junk food, bad drinking habits like poor quality drink and that too over-drinking, and bad habits like smoking, weed, LSD or marijuana, etc. These bad habits may sometime adversely affect your mental health and seriously leads to sleeplessness or restlessness. You have to compulsorily take some proper and regular treatment after consulting a professionally qualified doctor for this critical situation.

Have you been exposed to pesticides before this happened? Get a good checkup at the MD
