why did i only get my period one day help?
Ok so I got what I would say was my period but it only lasted like an hour at first it was red then brown I'm confused because normally it last a week
Why would this happen?
Yes I'm sexually active but I'm on birth control

It's normal for periods to change once in awhile when your young. Brown blood I believe is old sorry not to sure at the moment on that one. Im 32 and when I'm super stressed it makes my period shorter . Sometimes the doctor says its to much junk food , soda and stress that will throw a kink into ur normal cycle. Best bet go to a clinic see if anything is wrong or just wait another month to see if it goes back to what it use to be. U know ur body best.
