Why do people say. Why does an individual say.

There actually are Mexican muslims, Mexico has Arab communities from Turkey, Syria and other Middle Eastern countries. There are about 3,700 Muslims in Mexico

No one says that - its just that Chicharito was once quoted to have said that - he believes Muhammad (saws) was the best man to walk on the face of the earth - or something similar to this.

There are loads of Mexican muslims.
