Should TheKock have been selected in tests?
This guy scored 3 centuries in 3 ODI, if he was indian he would be playing in tests, and be compared to kapil dev and Sachin Tendulkar. Isn't it crazy how different cricket countries work?

His bat always comes down in an angle while blocking/defending..thats why the selectors thought he isn't qualified enough to play test cricket..and on top of that,they didn't want to change a number 1 ranked team

Its not crazy coz were the indians BORN IN SA NO!!!! They aren't very comfortable with the bounce why **** why not play the guy who got 100 in the three ODIs I mean you've faced morkel and steyn so I'm not sure their will be a problem in the test other than the red ball swings more.

THEKOCK the way he had played the ODIs should have opened for SA. But his lack of experience may be the factor why he wasn't selected.

Obviously he would get a chance in the squad. But I think he needs some time to settle in the cricket and then can get a chance. This will be better for his carer.
