Why do most individuals fear change?
People find comfort in routine. A place where nothing goes wrong. When it does, they find themselves challenged. Confusion, fear, anger and anxiety set's in.

I suppose it's because change represents the unknown,and people are usually more comfortable with the familiar.

I'd like to know too, because I get bored out of my mind with routine, not comfortable

I think it's in our genes. Dogs HATE change. If you're getting food and shelter change may stop you from getting them.
