Hi Jim,
If you are having trouble with missing emails or folders, try the troubleshooting steps in the following Yahoo Help articles:
"Messages are missing from the inbox or another folder"
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SLN...
"Fixing browser and display issues on Yahoo"
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SLN...
If the messages were deleted from the Trash folder, you may use the steps in this Yahoo Help article to attempt a recovery. Please know however there is a small window of time our engineering team can use for email restores and they may not always be able to recover deleted messages:
"Restoring missing emails or IMs"
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&id=SLN...
Hope that helps!
