I think he deserves it. He can still play and is a great leader and mentor to the other DB's. Your thoughts?

If he eats healthy, exercises by doing weigh lifting, and either, jogging or going for a long run everyday he will get faster, stronger, and into better shape which will greatly increase his chances of being a successful, top notch football player for the Raiders.....

Actually, it depends on his work ethic during this upcoming offseason. If Charles Woodson works hard and performs very well in practice every day, he will greatly improve his chances of getting re-signed to play for the Oakland Raiders next season.
