Obviously, the "champions" team has the edge, but it would be a close one. If they'd play a 7-game series, the champs would win in 6 games, 4-2.

Any team with allen iverson at PG isn't going to move the ball around very much, so of course team 1 wins.

I think the team of champions would win. Not just because of the championships, but because I think they have a better and more dynamic team.
