What does it means when a girl stares at you a lot?

Okay, There's a girl at work that keeps on staring at me. When I look at her we stare at each other for couple seconds and then she lowers her head.

Yesterday we all were at a meeting and all she did was staring at me.

And at lunch times when I'm with my coworkers eating, of all the tables in the break room she sits two tables down away from me but instead her back facing me, she is facing me.

I just wanna know if she likes.

P.S.

I do talk to her but when i do she kinda shy to talk to me, not shy as she doesn't talk. She does talk to me but she talks to me in a soft voices that I can barely hear her.

I think she's shy and likes you. She's nervous to talk to you. ^^

It means she plans to ambush you in a dark alleyway, capture you, chain you up in her basement, cut you open, turn your carcass inside out and make an umbrella out of your skin and bones. At least that's what I think about when I stare at someone.

She really likes you. This is how us "good girls" react when we like a guy.
