Whats a good way to power through an anxiety attack??!? Please help?

I think im having one again after a long time not having them, i thought i had almost powered through my anxiety without any help but it keeps coming back and right now im just freakin out and need help. I have had anxiety for nearly a year and havnt received help, ive been trying to get my mom to take me to a doctor about it but she doesn't believe me and wont take me. I'm going to try and beat it by myself (if thats possible) until i can get help. But for now please help me find a way to get through te attacks. Thanks in advance

Get a paper bag (like those lunch ones), and breathe in and out. Just focus on the motion of the bag inflating and deflating. The inhaling of your own CO2 (carbon dioxide) will help your heart rate lower and stay steady. You'll be able to calm down. Just focus on your breathing and motion of the bag.

Go out into the fresh air and breath deeply through your nose and out your mouth very slowly. Close your eyes. Smell can help a lot with anxiety. The smell of sweet orange or frankincense can help immensly with this in bath salts or just in oil and with meditation. If you can't go outside you can sit with your eyes closed and meditate. Focus on nothing and listen to nothing. Your inner self with help you hear what you need to do to fix your body. Sounds weird but I don't use medication and essential oils have helped a lot with stress relief and anxiety. You need to "bless and release" When you get upset you need to say "geez that sucks" followed by "I can't change that" Good luck.

You can look on youtube and find relaxing or sleeping music. Its amazing how much they can calm you when you stop, breathe in slowly and out slowly, and think nothing but your breathing and relaxing. However, I know when you are actually in an anxiety attack, its extremely hard to calm down. I went to the hospital for a panic attack, they gave me some Benadryl and another antihistamine to knock me out. It definitiely worked, but staying awake was nearly impossible. I looked up on the internet after the incident and found Benadryl can have some sedating/antianxiety side effects when using them for one instance.
