i need help!!! about allergy?

hi guys..

i need your help about my allergy it appears in my legs and it looks like a red spots inside..not itchy..just flat and red...i dont if it from the food because i eat different food. . .then it appears and t is in my arms help..plss

    probably wheat/gluten. or possibly dairy, soy, peanuts, or others.
