bleached hair question!!?

So about a year and a half ago my hair was colored a natural shade of red by bleaching it from black to orange. I went on to dye it entirely black again and left it alone for a year. I decided to go blonde so 2 days ago I bleached my hair, the roots came out almost white while the ends came out auburn orange with sections on the middle roots and ends green!. I tried re bleaching and it looks the same. I was thinking to dye it back to red ima couple of weeks to let my hair rest or a very light natural color and then transition to blonde throughout a couple of months slowly. But my hair is all different colors, what do I do? What do I buy , brands, what color ??I'm so confused! I don't wanna color my hair and then for it to be all different colors! I used a blonde toner and it did absolutely nothing. I really don't want to color it dark again! Any help will be much appreciated
