The Photoshop Elements 12?
I was wondering if the new Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 have the "content aware feature" available? This feature is supposed to be used to move the object around in the photo.

Yes it has.
However it doesn't work with all photos. The background needs to be fairly uncomplicated.
If you try to use it on a complex background, it will fail. For example if you are attempting to move a person from one place to another, and that person is in front of another person (or a complex object) then it's going to look crap.
Just thought I would tell you that in case you think that Photoshop works by magic, unfortunately Photoshop is bound by the same physical limitations as all raster image editors.
The free image editor GIMP also has content aware plug-in called Resynthesizer - and a filter called Heal Selection, which basically does the same sort of thing. http://www.gimp.org/

Notice that the background in the first example is very plain. The more complicated the background is, the more difficult it will be for the program to correctly recompose it after an object is moved, even after using the Healing Slider.
