I'd Die for my Principles... So I guess it would Depend on Which "Rights" you're talking about. :)

Lots of people will say that, but when it comes time, they are quite or disappear.
A good lesson in this are the events of 911. There were many opportunists for Americans on those planes to die for their rights. Yet only the people on one jet stood up to the terrorist, stood up for their rights. So most of these people claiming to be so patriotic, are either lying or don't have a clue.

Who knows? The situation matters, not some blanket "I will die for my rights". People don't die for "rights", they die for for whatever is happening in their particular situation. Would you really DIE because the government (otherwise a good government legally elected) told you that you could not march in the street to protest?
In other words, quit with the platitudes.

The sole reason we have our Constitutional Rights was because tens of thousands of people sacrificed their lives to give it to us today. Over the course of the last 235 years, millions have continued that sacrifice to ensure we are able to live a in a country that allows us to be who we are…
The moment someone decides that their Constitutional Rights are not worth dying for, there will be someone willing to take it from them. The ONLY reason we have them today is because people have and are willing to die for them.

Will you die for all of them or just some of them? I was just thinking about the members of Congress and our president who swore an oath to defend the constitution yet trample on it almost everyday. And then pick and choose the laws they will or will not enforce based on their personal choice or political choice. I'm locked and loaded.
