lifting weights good workouts?

I'm ndw to lifting and I'm just wondering what some good workouts for legs chest back and arms and core are. I'm 19. 5'11" 175 pounds and I'm in really good shape as it is I'd just like to build some muscle mass

    Squats, leg press for legs. Deadlift, pullups, barbell row for back. Chest - flat, incline with a barbell or dumbells. Shoulders - Military press, arnold press etc. Curls for biceps, extensions, closegrip bench for tris. Honestly, there are so many exercises. I highly recommend that you research and find whats best for you. Join the bodybuilding forums, they have people that can thoroughly help you with any question.
