Im 15, and feel like im 60, could it be from to much caffeine?

So i drink upwards of 6-10 cans of soda a day and when i rum out of soda i drink sweet tea. I used to be an athlete when i was like 10, but now i feel 60 because my little brother and i had a snowball fight the other day and when i threw the snow ball my shoulder hurt like i dislocated it and i cant run without my knees killing me and sometimes my knees and/or fingers,hands,and shoulders will hurt pretty bad too. I'm not sure if thats from too much soda or because im outta shape (im 5,11 165lbs) im not fat mostly muscular and look in shape and when i do stuff i dont get worn out really easily but my bones and body hurt. I also have had untreated anxiety for nearly a year and i hear that can effect your body aswell. I would also like to know if i can get better or if thats gonna be that way forever.     Dylan, well you seem to know the problem but you are not doing anything about it. Sugar is an absolute killer you want to say away from it or limit your consumption. Having 1 can of soda a day will increase your risk of heart problems at a later age so imagine the damage you are doing to yourself with 6-10.

    Age is just a number, the real age is your biological age, this is what is impacted by things like your daily activity and what you let in your body.

    For a quick solution to your join pains I would recommend drinking plenty of water and getting in more leafy greens like spinach is super for bones, nerves, joints.

    Caffeine is a major inflammatory. It probably is causing inflammation in your muscles and joints. Be careful...too much consumption will cause heart problems, anxiety issues and early stages of arthritis.
