hi Ankit,
I diagnosis your blog. It has the Meta title and Meta Description. This is very good. But it doesn't have any keywords. So try to do keyword research and arrange those keywords according to the page of the content and the content will be with keywords.So when u are updating the blog, try to use targeted keywords in that. And one more thing is images will be in <alt>
So go to "EDIT HTML" and change the keywords and images.
Try to complete the on page optimization first and then go for Off Page. Your blog is related to Android Apps. So there will be some groups in Facebook. Submit the blog link in those groups.
Update the blog regularly with fresh and unique content.
