Losing a couple pounds randomly?
I do practically no exercise and I eat a lot of junk food so why have I lost 3 pounds in the last few weeks? I went from 115 pounds to 112 pounds. Sometimes I don't eat breakfast or lunch. I also only dance twice a week. How am I loosing weight? Shouldnt I be gaining it if Im not doing anything?

Well not eating breakfast and lunch would be a good way to lose weight. Dancing will help you lose weight too. You should enjoy this time in your life that is easy to lose weight because once you get older it is a lot harder to lose weight. I was underweight my whole life until I was 28. At 28 and 29 I would neither lose weight nor gain it. SInce that time it has been hard to lose weight and not gain it.

It's normal for the human body to fluctuate between a few pounds. It definitely could be a mixture between skipping meals, dancing, and other activities you perform throughout the day. Could also be water weight. Don't sweat it, you're fine:)
