What is the best time to have the Cruise?

During the winter. What better time to head for warm weather and pampering.

"Best" depends on where you want to go and what you want to see.

If you want to go to Alaska, it must be in the June-September range.

If you want to see Baltic or Mediterranean ports, late spring through early fall is the only time you can do that.

There are Caribbean cruises year round, but there are more of them November-April since the ships that spend their summers in Alaska and Europe "come home" to the Caribbean during the winter. Caribbean cruises will have a lot more families with kids on them during the summer since that's when the kids are out of school.

I agree that during winter, but I would Also add, that You want to avoid going from June-Nov, Hurricane season.

Google hurricanes, Aug And Sept are the worst months for them.

So right now, Dec-May is the best time to book and go on one.
