how to make my website's URL change after each view?

Not my main page, but the picture links on the page, I want the URL to change constantly so that the visitor can not give the URL to someone else and have them see the page's content. Is this even possible??? Thanks for your time.

    Use URL GET Method varibale RANDOM()

    Ex...

    www.yourpage.com?id=random().......
