what can of action can i take ?

not long ago i was working for a temp agency for a couple of months im in good standings with them then i got in trouble  with the company that they sent me too in a hospital turns out that the boss was a real very strict he didn't tolerate nothing if he catches  you on the phone or drinking or etc your out the while working your fired anyways i was caught sleeping on the job because i had two jobs
back then in other words the temp agency didn't let me go the other company did im applying for other jobs and nothing im thinking maybe the temp agency i used to work gave me a bad reference only because i was caught asleep and was let go can a temp agency give you bad reference for falling asleep on the job.

As the owner of a business, there are rules that you MUST follow.  It would not be my fault that you were tired from having two jobs.  Your personal life is your problem.  I will work with anyone.  I have worked with the prison system, the welfare system.  I will not tolerate a thief or person who lies or some one not doing  what they are being paid for.  I give my employees, full and part time a good wage and benefits.  They get insurance, days off ( Paid )  sick days, if there is a death in their family, they can take up to 10 days leave ( paid ).  If I ask them to hustle, they better move.  Your problem is just that, your problem.  You need a nap, do it somewhere else.

If you have a toxic reference you need to root it out.   There are many who get into authority who should never have been allowed there but do.
It would have to be something rather worse than falling asleep though, or how that has been presented
