Back, knee, and hip pain at 16?
I've been having pretty bad back, knee, and hip pain for awhile. It started with Just back pain at first when I was in 6th grade that grew worse over time and then in 7th or 8th my knee pains started up, and slowly as those got worse my hips have become sensitive and sore. These weren't growing pains either, because multiple doctors have told me I'm done growing, and I havent grown at all since fifth grade either. Im also not over-weight. I've been to the chiropractor as well, but he offered no real answers. Im only sixteen, so I shouldn't be having this kind of pain, so any answers you can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi there! I am 22 and have degenerative discs in my neck. I have chronic pain. Chronic pain isn't just for old folks, there are a lot of young people with chronic pain, too! I recommend a pain management doctor. They do way more than just prescribe pain medicine. They can also identify the cause of the pain and possibly help it to stop forever! You may need a referral to this kind of a doc, you should be able to get one from an orthopedist or a family doctor. I'm not a big fan of chiropractors, go to an orthopedist and then try to get a referral to a pain doc from there. Blessings <3
