I have no motivation for school?

No motivation what so ever. Even my one of my teachers said that I don't have any motivation.

I'm thinking it's because I try so hard in school, only to end up with a C and if not, lower. This makes me think "What's the point of trying anymore if I'm only going to get a bad result in the end."

I also think to myself, that school is just something to make your parents proud. You're not getting good grades for yourself its for your parents.

And school doesn't even test you on your knowledge, it tests your memory. Well, maybe not all those math classes, but every other subject, yes.

Most of the stuff I'm learning doesn't even apply to the career I want. I want to be a singer or rapper of some sort. English maybe, but not all those math, science, and history classes.

After middle school, I feel like I woke up to reality... I woke up to the reality of wasting your life at school, only to end up working until you're dead. To me, that makes no sense. So why?

But then again, I want to be smart, I want to have money, I want to make my parents proud. But all those thoughts come back to me.

What can I do to get the motivation of hard work, and dedication back? What can I do about school?

Count the days till you finish school. You're doing excellent and C isn't a bad score, if you think so then that means you do care about these lessons. Continue putting as much effort into studying as so to speak, working on your free-style and lyrics. That's another thing, in your spare time, once you've done the revision and all, you could be working on your music carrier and focus on media and culture if you get given near enough to those options at school.

Math is the meanest because it rules the world. History helps with your studies into culture. Only a little bit of science is necessary but people dig how advanced we are in technology and medical research that we gotta get with the drift. After middle school you got berty...hormones dude, they give some powerful feels and most of the time those feelings are negative.

I've screwed up my education through depression, I ditched school for months and as a result, the studying is more savvier because I've got to catch up if I don't want to move down a year or two and I'm in year eleven! Its not impressive on record even if you're relying on your talent, bad attendance and no gcse's is lame.

The only advice I can give you to focus on your studies is to figure out which revision method is better suited for you (ask the teachers to give you different examples). I believe letting off steam, whether that's hanging out with your friends, exercising, joining a club or something, helps you have motivation. Look on the internet for practise tests and really awesome website to help you learn easier and stuff like that. Goodluck
