Anyone ever tried a Philips Norelco Electric Razor? Does it shave just as close as a Regular Blade?

Im wanting to shave all the hair, not just leave behind peach fuzz, or a small amount, I want it to shave as close as a blade, Do the Philips Norelco's do this?

It costs 60 bucks. Didnt want to spend to much.

    I like the Panasonic razors better. but I use a safety razor now.

    No electric shaves as good as a wet blade. Shaving with a blade gets your face really clean, too and a blade puts a manly, sharp bottom edge to your sideburns.

    And electrics beat the f**k out of my neck.

    although the electric razor is not bad there is nothing like a wet shave I recommend Gillette mach 3 razor
