what would you call this makeup look? Or does anyone know how to do it?
well I was on tumblr and I saw this makeup style ( http://makeupbag.tumblr.com/post/70746234395/http-... )
and I absolutely love the look, and have for a long time. Does anyone on here do their makeup like this? And could explain how to do it? A little detailed, please? If not what would you call this look, and/or key words I could google for more pictures or a tutorial... I love the look and really want to try it! I asked the blog, but they haven't answered yet. Thanks for the help!! xoxo

First, shape and fill in your brows. This will help map out your eyeshadow and be good for seeing how the look is developing and will end up looking once it's done.
Once you've done that, for the eyeshadow: Start out by placing a piece of tape (that has had it's stickiness weakened by putting on your hand first) from the outer corner of the eye to the end of your eyebrow. This will help create the sharp ending to the eyeshadow as it is shown here. Then, apply a primer to your upper and lower eyelids. Using a medium, slightly shimmery brown eyeshadow on a fluffy blending brush, blend it into the crease and down onto the eyelid a bit. Next, using a very small paddle-shaped eyeshadow brush, take a pigmented black eyeshadow and start applying it to the upper lash line and working your way up slightly, blending it out and with the brown and extending it out at the outer corner (which will create the winged effect). Keep layering the black until you reach the desired opacity and shape. Once that is achieved, remove the tape from the outer corner. Then, apply the same brown color from before to your lower eyelid. Go back to the black, this time with a pencil brush or an angled brush, and apply it to the outer portion of the lower lash line, connecting it to the black previously placed on the upper lid. Then, apply a black eyeliner to your tight line and water line (upper and lower inner rims of the eye), and extend it to the inner corner. You can also use this black eyeliner to create more intensity near the upper lash line if you feel the eyeshadow is not black enough, but make sure to smudge it out if you do. Finish off the shadow by applying a matte white shade to the brow bone and inner corner. Then, to complete the look, apply black mascara to the upper and lower lashes, and apply full false lashes to the upper lashes.
I hope this helped!
Good luck! :)
