How do I convert these measurements for this recipe.?

Dry Mix

2 c. vital wheat gluten

1/2 c. garbanzo bean flour

1/2 c. nutritional yeast flakes

2 tablespoons granulated onion

1 tablespoon powdered garlic

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Wet Mix

1 package firm or extra firm tofu (15 oz), drained and crumbled

1 1/2 c. water

2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon “No Chicken” soup base

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon poultry seasoning

I only have 14 ounces of tofu, how would I convert the other measuments to suit that? Would I take 1/15th away from everything?

You aren't talking about a significant amount of missing tofu. I would leave everything the same. You won't even really notice a difference. Maybe a little more concentrated flavour for the amount of tofu you have. Which wouldn't be a bad thing.

Yawn. Accurate measurements are rather important for a cake recipe, but not for anything else.
