How can I reduce the fat in my body (especially tummy)?
Hi friends.
I want to reduce the amount of fat in my body as of lately I've realized that though I look normal while putting on clothes but once I take out my shirt I look very fat. My chest and stomach appears to be pudgy and till the age of 13 I was skinny and now I'm a 16 years old guy. My height is 5'10 and weight is 70 and waist length is 34.
Due to my somewhat of an above average height I appear to be lanky but I'm getting stressed out to reduce fat. What steps should I take to reduce fat in my body and have a well-toned body?
Due to this, I've even lost my flexibility to jump long distances.

If you mean that you weigh 70 kgs, your weight is healthy, according to your BMI. Your waist size is also healthy.
A healthy diet and regular exercise is important to keep healthy, but it doesn't look like you need to lose weight. It may be that what you see is a lack of muscle tone, in which case you would benefit from exercise to tone up.
