How to get over the fear of flying?
I am 14 and this is not my first time flying, i have been lying since i was 5. This is my 15th time flying and 6 times over 12 hours. This time i am flying around 12 hours again but for some reason i am extra scared. I feel ashamed because the 5 year old me weren't even scared. I am mainly scared of my plane crashing. I kept on having these mini scenes of my plane crashing and what would i do. My parents already booked the ticket and i am excited to go as well so i am not canceling it. I'm flying in 2 days and i am a little worried. Can you guys please tell me some facts or personal stories or anything that will calm me and make me relax a bit? Thanks all very much :) xxx

The five-year old version of you trusted your parents more. But as you gain maturity, you discover that questions of safety and danger are rather complex, and that feelings will not always give you the right answer. Though flying is extremely safe, it (like everything else) is not absolutely safe. And, again, feelings don't match up with how safe flying is.
First thing, try the free help I offer at http://fearofflying.uk.com/resources/freehelp.shtm... and get the free app at htttp://www.fearofflying.com/app and perhaps the book, SOAR, The Breakthrough Treatment for Fear of Flying as it will answer all your questions and it will teach you how to train your mind to not react negatively when flying.

Take a shot of vodka or whiskey, it will take it away.
