Flex help needed. Who should I start?

Since MJD is playing, I think it's wise to hop off the Todman train. I'm in a PPR league...who would you start at flex?

Rainey vs. the Rams

Crabtree vs. ATL

J Bell vs. NYG

I'm leaning towards Rainey, but I'd appreciate your opinions. Thanks for your help!

    I'm saying Crabtree.

    Atlanta's defense no good against the pass and Crabtree is the big play guy for the 49ers now.

    Rainey isn't the best RB for a PPR format, but he does have a very good match up and will get a catch or two per game. Play Rainey this week.
