About Windows8 refresh option?

Will refreshing windows8 also uninstall the mainboard and graphics card drivers? i don't want to re-install them.

    If you follow all the Instructions in your PC's User Manual, the Windows 8 RECOVERY Procedure or BURNED your own DVDs, will also re-install all of the required Device Drivers. But, you still need to Back Up all of your Personal Data files, FIRST!!!

    But, if you choose to use any other version of W 8, you will mess everything up.

    Last resort: Order Replacement W 8 Recovery DVDs directly from your PC Manufacturer, and, they are likely NOT free, but way cheaper than BUYING a full W 8 DVD.
