recently ive been getting email from my gmail account saying my instagram password has been changed and when i go to my instagram app its logged out annd so i know i have been hacked because my gmail was hacked twice last month. so i just decided to delete my gmail and make another one but the problem is i cant reset my password because i need to log into my linked email account but its deleted. what to do i need my account back lots of pics and followers

You shouldn't have disabled your gmail without getting a reset email.
At this point your best bet would be to contact instagram directly, however it is very unlikely that they will be able to give you back your account, they will simply delete it and you will have to start again.
My suggestion is to get your friends/followers to promo your new account and hopefully that will help you out.
A similar thing happened to me and this was my only option.
