Is Bighead Stat-Padder Manning really that desperate?

He obviously wants that record, which is why he chucked it 3 straight times down the field.

DID HE JUST SEAL HIS FATE??? QB's who break the TD record haven't won the SB in the same season. It's like a curse or something.

Update:

Texas considering I'm not a NFL qb, no

Chaos are u dumb? The Pats where trailing in that game when Brady got the record to Moss. They were going for 16-0, it just happened to be coincidence that Brady broke the record

Update 2:

Krazyeye same thing I told Chaos, the Patriots were playing for the perfect season, not the TD record. There's a reason they started all their players???

It's not that big of a deal really. He's tied the record, didn't in 1 less game, however with roughly 50 more pass attempts than Brady had all of that 2007 season.

Edit: I did. Still doesn't hide the fact that Manning did do it in less games, but with has already eclipsed the pass attempt total that Brady had for that entire season and still has another game to play.

You are over thinking too much. Brady threw it deep to Moss twice so both could break their records. If Brady was going for 16-0, Manning is going for home field advantage.

Having watched his career unfold before my very eyes in the last 20 years, I believe that Peyton Manning is one of the all-time greatest overall quarterbacks to ever play the game of football. Manning succeeded at all 3 levels of football (high school, college, and the NFL). In fact, I still remember back in the summer of 1993, when Peyton was the top prospect in high school football.

@professional liar....did you watch Brady's 07 season? Took Brady down to his last past to break mannings record. Let alone throwing it 150 more times for 1 more td pass

F*ck it, if Tom Brady's passing touchdown record is going down, then Drew Brees' passing yards record is going down right along with it.

Or... you could've called Brady "desperate" by "lobbing" it up in 2007 just to beat Peyton's previous record of 49 by one.

    Works both way.
