What age do a woman's breasts stop growing?

I started getting them I think when I was 12 and they stopped growing after they got to a B cup. I'm almost 19 now and they've started growing again, along with my hips. I was wondering how long I have to look forward to them getting bigger?

I started developing breasts when I was 9 but they stopped growing at 10 and started back up at 13. I say it's okay for a gap but maybe not that big of one.

Breasts are made of breast tissue and fat. So, if you gain weight, you will have larger breasts usually. If you lose weight, the breasts are the first to go. Typically when you become of child-bearing age, they will grow. Pregnancy and post pregnancy also affects the size. So, they will probably grow and shrink some almost all of your life.
