my boyfriend died with no insurance. all his medical bills are coming to me.?

he didn't own any property or have a job. Was in hosp a couple of weeks. what do I do?

    In your name? Or just to your house? If you weren't married, you shouldn't be responsible. Call the senders and tell them he's diseased (if they don't already know).

    If you were not married, notify the hospital and tell them you have no intention of paying those bills.

    if this is joint owned, they will want a piece

    So what? You have no financial responsibility for any of his debts. Return them marked 'deceased'
