I have been talking to Medicare Medicaid Market Place and can't find health insurance that I can afford for my Wife. She is 65 and a US citizen. I can find Health Insurance for her if I pay over $700 month and who can afford than, help pls

Update: You guys are great, I talked to another person in SS and my wife got signed up for Medicare, I appreciate you input and wish I could choose all you guys for best answer. Being on my Tax return gave her the Medicare so I don't know the other people I talked to maybe because it was Medicare and not SS boy what a run around they gave me. Thanks again.

The new Obamacare insurance marketplace does not include Medicare or Medicaid. If she did not work in the U.S. she can buy into Medicare for around $500 a month. Of course like regular insurance she still has co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. Medicare pays up to 80% of billed charges.
