How do I keep myself from going off on my wife?
To make a long story short, today I was watching a game with the guys, having a good time until my wife walks in the living room asking what this strand of hair on our bed frame was. I look and see it's a woman's hair, but it's not hers and I don't know where it came from. Of course she basically called me a liyer saying ''how does some other woman's hair just magically get in our bedroom?'' I never heard the end of this. I'm a little pissed how she would bring this up in front of my friends.

Take a deep breath and stay calm. If you aren't calm, then it's going to escalate very quickly. If you didn't do anything wrong, then explain that it could have come from anywhere (off of one of your buddies clothes and on to yours, from someone at work, from a public place). It's not uncommon for people to bump into or hug one another. You can reassure her that there is nothing to worry about. If she doesn't believe you, then just tell her that you are telling her the truth and there is nothing you can say or do that will make her believe you, but she needs to know that you are being honest. If you did do something wrong, then I would be honest or you'll only make things worse if you do get caught.

People shed hair all the time. She could have brought it into the bedroom or you could have, just by a loose strand of another person's hair landing on your person.
