Http/1.1 Service Unavailable. is there anyway i can restore it?

Heeey is there anyway i can restore something, if it states that the " Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"? it's urgent, please help. thanks :)

thanks laurence but it was already on Http 1.1 and nothing happend :( any other solutions?
