anybody having trouble with virus island on the legends of dark game disk?

This is a glitch in the game. I had the same issue months ago. The legends games by Onhand have problems and a lot of their games .I own quite a few of them and have had issues that I was able to correct on the web site. You can go to their web site and get patches for game problems. But not legends of darkness which contains virus island. It was just put out in 2013 and it is to new, I don't know if they didn't fix the problem yet or they are just not aware of the problem. You can contact them be Email and see if they can help.

uninstalled & installed 4 times legends of darkness shut down with a virus. I had to restore 3 times to get rid of the bug

Ok, I got past not being able to pick up the glasses in the closet. Now I am in this little crypt like place in the cemetary. It looks like they had a sacrificing ceremony or something. I am urged to collect the ashes in the center for "future" use. I know I need them for the cure so I get the box I had in inventory and pick up the ashes. WHERE ARE THEY? I can not progress! The ashes I need to add to the formula are gone. *poof*! Any suggestions?

ive had this problem several times and even after you try and fix the glasses xml or whatever then on through the game there another issue ive tried for the last yr or more to try and contact them there is no true email for them and no address or phone to actually get a hold of them walmart doesnt even have that info they make their mistakes but doesnt fix certain games but yet still has them out there to sell something needs to be done and i also have collected most their games

Exit the game, open up my computer, and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\On Hand Software\Legends of Darkness\virus\Data\Scripts\Objects\Objects\location_001\00101, in this directory you will find a file called glasses.xml, simply rename the file to glasses1.xml, and relaunch the game, because the game will no longer be able to load this item it will allow you to move on with your game, after you get past this i would recommend exiting the game, and going back to the above directory and renaming the file back to glasses.xml and then relaunching the game hope this helps !!!!

Okay I took care of the glasses that part is done...and I did a couple of the puzzles with some items (skull on bag-and screw on power box) then I took care of stuff in the hospital. But I don t know where to go from there. I used a hint but it keeps taking me back and forth from 1st site to 2nd site but there s nothing to do. PLEASE HELP

I cant pick up the glasses!! I even went out and bought 3 different games to see if they were all like that. they were!!! Now what???

I am having the same problem with picking up the glasses, The problem is that it won't let me pick them up. What can be done? do anyone know?
