Whats sport should i join?
I dont want to do the typical softball,soccer,basketball stuff because I've done all of that. I want to do something different
Im aggressive and i want to do something preferably with contact and something that will keep me in shape
Sports aren't my passion but i definitely want somethin to calm me down and help release some anger. Preferably a pass time and preferably a team sport. Any suggestions? And yes im a girl
I live in Texas so no winter sports
I was thinking something like rugby or boxing or mountain climbing, any other suggestions
BQ: whats your opinion on girls in extreme sports like those listed above?

Well I personally think a girl can do extreme sports like that. But that's besides the point. Although rugby is harder than football ... It is similar in a way so if you don't want to do any sports like football or soccer don't do rugby. I feel like MMA in General would be a good sport for you by the sounds of it.

I have found that running, despite being a less rough sport, can vent anger much better than any other sport. In football for example, you have to listen to the coaches instructions which can be a hassle, but in running, all of your energy is spent moving your body and you have less energy to be angry.

Ice Hockey, if you can find a rink. Very aggressive, a lot of contact, very fast-paced and intense. Plus you might get the chance to fight. Give it a try.
