Is this a good weekly workout schedule?

Monday = lats + deltoids + bicep + triceps + abs + pecs

Tuesday= calves + quads + hamstrings + glutes

Wednesday= rest

Thursday= lats + deltoids + biceps + triceps + abs + pecs

Friday= calves + quads + hamstrings + glutes

Saturday= rest

Sunday = rest

    No cardio?

    And 3 rest days a week might be too many.
