Can you get arrested for these things?
#1. Being too creepy:
If you are 2 meters tall, wearing punk clothes, and you look like a total goon, and you are standing in a road where people need to walk through but don't because their'e too scared, can the police do something to you?
#2 (btw I'm not considering this, it's just that I saw it in the news long ago).
Being mistaken for a terrorist:
If I put my t-shirt around my head, grab a sewage pipe and stand on the rooftop of a building, can they arrest me because I looked like a terrorist holding a rocket launcher? Even though I say that I'm just a plumber taking a break? If yes, that's stupid, it's the same as saying
"You! Yeah, you look like Al Capone, follow me to commissary!".

In both cases, the police would arrest your for being an idiot.
They would call it something like disturbing the peace, or public nuisance, or loitering. Basically...if you do something like that they can always come up with a reason to arrest you if they really want to.

Both of the situations would be considered discriminatory profiling and being arrested for what you look like would be anti constitutional. The police could ask you to leave or stop what you are doing because it might scare people. Loitering is against the law in some places, you could get arrested for that but if you are cooperative the police will simply ask you to leave.

Well it is getting to point in this country now where you can't even look at a cop a certain way without getting arrest so probably so.

Ok... you go stand on a rooftop in America (of all places) and wave a pipe around that vaguely resembles some kind of explosive device and see how far you get.
