definitely Private Practice. It's a spin off from Grey's Anatomy with Dr. Addison Montgomery-Shepard as the lead character having moved to Santa Monica, California to join the practice started by some friends from College.

Private practice is a great show, you really get involved with the charactors, another good one is nip / tuck didn't think i would like it and couldn't get enough of it
