Is this a good workout for today?

Monday = lats + deltoids + bicep + triceps + pecs

Shrug 20x3

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 20x3

Pushups20x5

Tricep Extensions 20x5

Pectoral Fly20x3

One-at-a-time Bicep Curls 20x3

Inner Bicep Curls 20x3

Hammer Bicep Curls 20x3

Biceps Curls 20x3

    way too much for one day.

    just do two main muscle groups a day.

    use the "3 days on, 1 day off" routine.

    for example:

    Monday - back and biceps

    Tuesday - chest and triceps

    Wednesday - legs and shoulders

    Thursday - OFF

    Friday - start over

    mix in some ab work during your workout days, as desired.

    do 3-4 exercises per muscle group, and for each exercise do 3-4 sets of 10 or 15, depending on the weight used.

    Reps are too high. Too many muscle groups.
