way too much for one day.
just do two main muscle groups a day.
use the "3 days on, 1 day off" routine.
for example:
Monday - back and biceps
Tuesday - chest and triceps
Wednesday - legs and shoulders
Thursday - OFF
Friday - start over
mix in some ab work during your workout days, as desired.
do 3-4 exercises per muscle group, and for each exercise do 3-4 sets of 10 or 15, depending on the weight used.
