Did you make sure to look through ALL of the pamphlets and manuals and such? There is usually a small slip of paper that has a code on it somewhere in the package of useless paper. If not, you may be out of luck, and contacting Sony customer support may be the only other choice.

Mine was underneath the system. I had to look for it in the box. Just make sure that you remove all the cardboard inserts and check underneath those. If not maybe a new batch is coming out without those since it is suppose to be for a limited time.
